My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a great view of the golf course and Balboa Bay, but the early check-in wasn't ready on time. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient, close to shopping and entertainment areas, but the need for a full scrub was a downside. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of fresh fruits and cereals, although some paid options were unavailable due to low occupancy.
